MAXSEAL® FLEX-M is a one-component flexible cement based waterproof membrane. Once mixed only with water, it provides a high-performance flexible coating, for waterproofing and protection of concrete against positive and negative pressure. It is an alternate to the Maxseal Flex 2 Part which makes it easy to use and save time.
